1. 波特蘭華人福音教會是一個不屬於任何宗派的獨立教會，完全遵照聖經的教導，依據長老制度，憑信心和對基督的仰望行事。
1. CEC is an independent and non-denominational church. It should be wholly governed by faith and hope in Jesus Christ accordance to the teachings of the Holy Bible including elder-led church polity.
2. 本教會由多語言及跨代的會眾組成。
2. CEC is a multi-lingual, inter-generational congregation.
