楊全榮牧師是波特蘭華人福音教會中文堂牧者，多年來專心投入釋經講道、門徒訓練與福音事工。他盼望以清楚、紮實並貼近生命的方式傳講整全的聖經真理，按著神的心意牧養群羊，陪伴信徒在真道上扎根，在生活中活出基督，並忠心完成主所託付的大使命。

楊牧師成長於以伊斯蘭教為主要宗教的馬來西亞，自幼由信奉中國民間宗教的外婆撫養，自己卻曾是一名無神論者。年輕時赴美國留學，因著神恩典的帶領接觸福音，認識耶穌基督，並蒙神拯救。

此後，神曾藉著他與妻子楊陳儀姊妹多次經歷流產的痛苦塑造他們的生命，並引導他回應呼召，投身全職傳道與牧養的事奉。多年的服事使他更加確信：牧者的使命，不僅是在講台上傳講真理，也是在群羊中以忍耐、憐憫和愛心陪伴弟兄姊妹，按著正意分解神的道，勸勉、安慰並裝備聖徒，使教會在基督裡漸漸成熟。

楊牧師擁有肯塔基大學電子工程學士學位、基督學房文憑及達拉斯神學院（Dallas Theological Seminary）神學碩士學位（ThM），目前於馬斯特神學院（The Master’s Seminary）攻讀教牧博士（Doctor of Ministry），專注於講道學的研究與實踐。他一生的心願，是忠心傳講神全備的話語，高舉耶穌基督，牧養神所託付的群羊，並幫助更多人成為扎根聖經、深愛基督、忠心服事的門徒。

Pastor Ken Yeo currently serves as the pastor of the Chinese Congregation. For many years, he has devoted himself to expository preaching, discipleship training, and gospel ministry. His desire is to proclaim the whole counsel of Scripture with clarity, depth, and relevance to everyday life; to shepherd God’s flock according to His heart; to help believers become firmly rooted in the truth and live out the life of Christ; and to faithfully fulfill the Great Commission entrusted by the Lord.

Pastor Ken grew up in Malaysia, a predominantly Muslim country. He was raised by his maternal grandmother, who practiced Chinese folk religion, while he himself became an atheist. As a young man, he came to the United States to pursue his studies. Through God’s gracious providence, he encountered the gospel, came to know Jesus Christ, and was saved by God’s grace.

In the years that followed, God used the sorrow of multiple miscarriages experienced by Pastor Ken and his wife, Sarah, to shape their lives. Through these trials, God led him to answer His call and devote himself to full-time preaching and pastoral ministry. Years of service have deepened his conviction that a pastor’s calling is not only to proclaim the truth from the pulpit, but also to walk among God’s people with patience, compassion, and love—rightly handling the Word of God, exhorting and comforting believers, and equipping the saints so that the church may grow toward maturity in Christ.

Pastor Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a diploma from Academy of Christ, and a Master of Theology (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at The Master’s Seminary, with a focus on the study and practice of preaching. His lifelong desire is to faithfully proclaim the whole counsel of God, exalt Jesus Christ, shepherd the flock entrusted to his care, and help others become disciples who are rooted in Scripture, devoted to Christ, and faithful in service.

布拉德利·特魯爾 (Bradley Trull) 在俄勒岡州出生長大，年輕時就接受基督信仰。他曾在另一间教会擔任過六年兼職青年牧師。2023年，他從波特蘭西部神學院獲得道學碩士學位，並於2024年成為 CEC 的青年牧師。他與卡莉結婚，上帝賜福給他們一個兒子，名叫撒母耳。布拉德利期待看到主如何在 CEC 學生的心中工作。他的興趣包括狩獵、釣魚和打飛盤高爾夫球。

Pastor Bradley Trull was born and raised in Oregon and converted to Christianity at a young age. He served as a part-time youth pastor at another church for six years. In 2023, he received a Master of Divinity degree from Western Theological Seminary and became a youth pastor at CEC in 2024. He is married to Carly, and God has blessed them with a son named Samuel. Bradley looks forward to seeing how the Lord works in the hearts of the CEC youth. His interests include hunting, fishing, and playing disc golf.

凌慶躍長老生長在中國大陸。1989 年來美國求學。完成博士後研究後，1999 年受聘于俄勒岡州州立大學從事食品開發研究工作。2001 年在俄勒岡州波特蘭華人福音教會受洗。在此後的二十多年裡參與教會的各項服事，包括青少年事工，敬拜事工，門訓事工，宣教事工。曾服事過兩屆執事。於 2024 年在波特蘭華人福音教會按立為長老。與周小萍姊妹育有三子，凌漢韜，凌漢東，和凌漢森。

Elder Qingyue Ling was born in mainland China. He came to the United States to study in 1989. After completing his postdoctoral research, he was hired by Oregon State University in 1999 to conduct food development research. He was baptized in 2001 at CEC. For two decades, Elder Ling participated in various church ministries, including youth, worship, discipleship, and mission ministries. He served two terms as deacon and was ordained as an elder at CEC in 2024. He and his wife Xiaoping Zhou have three sons: Ling Hantao, Ling Handong, and Ling Hansen.

王醒凡生於中國北京。於 1995 年在日本受洗歸於主的名下。 2001 年來到美國，在賓州理海谷華人基督教會服事，2011 年被按立為長老，參與牧會。 2017 年搬到波特蘭加入 CEC 教會並參與服事，2024年設立為 CEC 教會長老。與徐秀榮姊妹育有一子一女。

Elder Xingfan Wang was born in Beijing, China. He was baptized in Japan in 1995. He came to the United States in 2001 and served at the Leigh Valley Chinese Christian Church in Pennsylvania. In 2011, he was ordained an elder and participated in pastoral ministry. In 2017, he moved to Portland and joined CEC. He was ordained as an elder of CEC in 2024. He and his wife Xiurong Xu have a son and a daughter.

吳大恩弟兄於 1976 年出生於台北，一歲前移居美國，在兒童主日學期間接受基督並受洗。他在教會環境中長大，但一直到高中時期，在經歷了一段時間的信仰懷疑後，他再次委身成為耶穌基督的忠實門徒。 在高中和大學期間，他曾在各種事工領域裡服事，加深了與主同行的經歷，包括青少年事工、敬拜/音樂團隊，和帶領查經小組。 大學畢業、結婚後，於 1999 年搬到波特蘭加入 CEC。 迄今，他參與服侍的經歷包括敬拜團隊、帶領小組查經、宣教部、兒童敬拜、執事會成員 (三屆)、英語事工和青少年事工。 Dan 和 Agnes 育有兩位 “在培訓中的門徒”，Nathan (20 歲) 和 Charisse (17 歲)。 Dan 堅信僕人式的領導模式，並竭力用神的話語來衡量一切。

Elder Dan Wu was born in Taipei in 1976 and moved to the United States before he was one year old. He accepted Christ and was baptized at a young age in Children Sunday School and grew up in a church as a Christ follower. But after a period of faith-doubt during high school, he recommitted himself to be a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ. During high school and college, he served in various areas of ministry, deepening his journey of walking with the Lord, including youth, and worship ministry, and leading Bible cell groups. After graduating from college and getting married, he moved to Portland in 1999 to join CEC. To date, his ministry experience includes leading worship teams, leading Bible study groups, missions, children's worship, serving as a deacon (three terms), English ministry, and youth ministry. Dan and his wife Agnes have two "disciples in training", Nathan (20 years old) and Charisse (17 years old). Dan firmly believes in Jesus's servant leadership and strives to measure everything in the Word of God.
